Reverse split typically is the kiss of death, HOWEVER:

What is everyone in this stock convinced of right now? A few things - there's way too many shares, 0 wells, and literally 0 cash. Literally, no money and only prospects.

If we could "give away" (to a supposed provider of $1m) 1/2 the company, have a MASSIVELY reduced share count, and have $1,000,000 CASH in hand to drill our own wells - thats literally just about the best thing that could happen - think about it..

Right now even if we hit 1 or 2 wells - where the hell is 5% well interest going to get us? No where...

I hope to GOD the above plan comes to fruition - maybe hard to bite this bullet at first, but if this next Texas well is as strong a prospect as it's supposed to be (I know, we thought we good prospects before too, yadda yadda - I get it) then i know 1 thing: That much cash, and just us & the new investor sharing the potential hits... is about the best thing we've heard since 2005...

Think about it: our 450m shrs outstanding @ 0.0006 values the entire company at $270k... We'd be giving away 1/2 of it for $1m! Call me crazy, but perhapds that would say something about the quality of our prospects - no idiot just gives away $1m cash...
