I wouldn't be surprised by a reverse split, but I haven't heard from anyone that can prove that they really know. Might just be an attempt to drive the price even further under the dust. Time will tell.

Maybe a reverse split and sell of 10,000,000 shares is a strategic move to meet requirements for an upgrade to the OTCBB. Anybody genuinely know?
