are reverse split claims or rumors being confirmed by anyone else? just saw this on edex board at yahoo

Re: Let the bitching begin 23-Jul-09 12:36 am the reverse is supposed to be to reduce the outstanding shares to 10 million and then sell 10 million in a 504 offering for $1,000,000. Basically selling 1/2 the company for $1,000,000

Just what I was told, anyway, another $1,000,000 to waste on dry holes and his salary.
