A share buyback with funds from EVLN would keep this from R/S....All of the major players have big shares in this company so why would they want to ruin their's plus their debt holders would be furious cause they would again get stuck with nothing....IMHO R/S is further away than you think!! All I can say is there is something bigger going on here and I will continue to say it!!
