I just talked to Dennis for a few minutes. I have to call him back I was in a meeting when he called go figure. I was told I could later today he said he is in DC filing paperwork.
There will be a PR today most likely but maybe tomorrow. I was told what it was and its about the OTC application??? He said he dosnt call everyone back because he gets 100 calls a day looking for a PR... He made it seem like we need to back off on the calls, but use your disgression please.
They are also going to be another PR Tuesday or Wednesday about some other good stuff that he told me that I cant disclose, but its positive news that we need to hear. Its not going to set us on fire, but show things are moving upward.
Dan, and Dusty they cant PR the board 2 new members because of legal issues that the lawyers are working out. That info you have will not come out until after the summer he feels. He laughed and said he wishes he could but it would and we would be siting on the moon, but it would be big issues if he did, and he has a bunch of better things in the works still to come
The note was 1.7 bil shares owed and its almost over. The holder sold them all and Dennis is frustrated with it all, and didn't know it was being dumped, but he said that this note holder will never have a share in the future. He is not worried about being in the hole because of all of this. He said that the only ones barking that we are @ .0001 are the ones looking for a quick buck but us long time holders will be in great shape starting off the next few PR's just give it some time. He said "I am not filing chapter 11 if I was I would be out the 7.5 mil personal guarantee I signed". He said that we have some sorta dividend coming but wont tell me from what, but him'd and haw'd to the tie to all the company's together but was not using those words.
The first round of stimulus $ will be paid out in October and he is 70-30 on getting it. Its will be on going as well.
He mentioned getting another company trading soon, and that's another PR, but wont tell me what company.
He also said a NEW WEBSITE is rolling out in the next few days!! YEA
