X HE NEVER intended to not raise the Authorized, dont you all get it. He has milked everyone for as long as he could. Now he will just issues 5-10 Billion and trade a lot in the .0001-.001 range for a LONGGGGG TIME. This is how these Fucs work. As long as he got the funding, who cares about shareholder value. Nothing a HUGE reverse spilt wont rectify in 2 years after he increases the Authorized to 10-20 Billion.
