He can't raise the $1M at this rate of pps decline without doing a RS. Increasing AS won't help as there are not enough buyer out there to give him the $1M in this pps range. At this rate, it will hit the lowest a pps can go to 0.0001 by selling another 50-100M shares.

Do the math using some extreme numbers to get the range. You need to sell 2B shares @ 0.0005 to raise $1M and you need to be able to sell 10B shares @ 0.0001 to raise the same $1M.

Now how much have they already raised out of the $1M. Not much my guess.

The only way to be able to accomplish this would be to keep selling as fast as they can and take it down to 0.0001 and then quickly do a RS.

Pretty sad.

Throw out ideas how else they can raise the $1M.
