The employment contract of the current CEO ends in
April 2006, so one would hope that we should have a
significant share price move up before that.

That is only my "educated guess", of course.

His letter to the shareholders in June (pls. refer
to the link below) also reveals the company's near
future plans, and is definitely worth a read.
