So let's assume this sales situation once again from the other side of the equation.
Let's say that any given store sells one case a day. Remind yourselves that 34 people are in line to buy the beer now. Can any store in MI be limited to one case a day? OK, so let's do just that. Ration the entire nation to just one case a day that can be sold in any retail location. That also means that any given bar that has BADASS clearly showing on the tap that has everybody buzzing wondering what the heck it is can only sample 18 glasses a day. That's it! No more. I for one would probably drink 3. So, all that can have the beer in a bar is 6 people. That's it. No more. Of course, not a single person can buy any of the bottles that are chilled in the case either....just begging to be bought.
So, what does that do to our severely castrated sales numbers?
50000 locations X 1 case per day X 360 days per year.
That is 18 million cases.
That is $180,000,000 in sales.
