thanks... i wonder if people arent selling at market...say for example 3 million at market... by doing this you cant use all or none... therefore some institution is grabbing 10,000 15,000, or 20,000 at a time... i assume they would not incur a broker fee... i cant figure these 10,000 buys... i know...why not just buy the whole lot if someone is selling at market for a few million shares... i've heard of quiet accumulation but this takes the cake... if that's what's happening... have a gr8 weekend cali.
