I like the thought though. If JPM settles the lawsuits and does the right thing by oficially buying the holding company, they will admit no guilt nor knowledge of guilt. I think Congress will grill the Dime before that!!! They are on a tear to figure out what and whom caused the collapse and subsequent amount of loss to constituents.

The government moves slow, but once they pick up steam you do not want to be in their way and believe me Senator Cantwell is very aware of what The Dime and Bair and Co did to her beloved WAMU and is pushing agendas behind closed doors and waiting for her chance to pounce.
