That's been my point all along! All these Penny/pinks are alike!

They play word games with the minds of the targeted newbies or the ill-informed.

They don’t care about investors like you or I, we make up the small differences to the overwhelming majority who never reads between the lines.

For every dollar we don’t spend, they spend ten.

I've long since learned of these verbal manipulations from all the losses I've incurred from being trapped by the way the words were used.

You are correct to make a distinction between, BUYING BACK shares and CANCELING shares.

Buy-Backs can be later "Reused" or "Reissued"

Canceling Shares are removed from the market.

Besides, how do you BUY BACK your own shares and have it actually mean something if they're not cancelled.

When all the monetary smoke and mirrors clears, all you've done (for example), was remove your chips off your table and placed them in your pocket to use later.

I can issue a billion shares and buy back half.

In reality, all I did was lower the percentage of my company I wish to share and that’s only done on paper, not in cash.

I don’t care what the buyback cash “EQUIVALENT” is, no cash is ever exchanged if all I’ve done was lower the percentage of my own company I with to share.

I’ve not put up any money to issue those shared percentages, so why am I bragging about the cash equivalent when buying them back?

-LOL!

The answer is, “PERCEPTION MANIPULATIONS”

These Pennies/Pinks seems to live by this.

The true and more correct way to make the “Buy Back” have the intended impact is to add the words “CANCELLED SHARES” to it.

Then the A/S and O/S would be correctly reflected. –(i.e, ‘Lowered’)

Although all in my opinion, it can be validated.
