Buying back 2.6% is COMPLETELY USELESS if this 2.6% of the float is put in the Treasury as announced, because they still exist and can be re-used later, so they DO NOT decrease the number of existing shares and they do not increase shareholder value.

All buyback shares needs to be CANCELED (removed from existence).
