It's going to be interesting to see what happens when/if CIT implodes. WSJ and CNBC commentary suggests this could be devestating to small business, especially those in the garment industry. Given the precarious nature of retailing this could easily deal a deathblow to many struggling clothing manufacturers, middlemen and retailers.
