1. I might update this with the Shameez and the Smart Heat Sauna, but I think I should contact John Kirk first, see what products they are actually using right now. ...if he is indeed still the IR guy

3. For share structure (SEC filings don't seem to indicate any authorized or outstanding changes), though I suppose he'd have a better idea of the float out there. I think I can be relativity safe leaving Luniel on the Management team lol. I'll be calling the IRguy (john) soon, probably either tonight/tomorrow

#4- oh yes, the acquisition. I think i'll dig up the press release, and I'm going to try to contact John today/tomorrow to see if I can get any more information.

I also want to get more information on the small tidbit Luniel mentioned about "TV Infomercials". Be nice to see some exposure on the air, and when we can expect that to happen
