You are right if this vote goes through this definately will run, many are waiting to see if it goes through or not. If it does im guessing it will run big time, volume could be huge and not just for one day. Some are taking advantage here and taking a gamble now on it passing i think, they may be the smartest of all these prices are rediculous low right now.
