Keep in mind that Virtra is entering the "busy season" or at least the time of the year for attending trade shows and exposing their product to buyers. Also consider the 12-18 months sales lead time for local or federal government red tape.... hence the need for tight lips.
There seems to be more enlightenment in the market of Virtra ala the momo play and Lockheed exposure.

Last year I was told by a source that creating "awareness" cost money, but that artificial marketing would take a secondary role to spending funds on trade shows and R&D.

The company could easily pump the stock price up by tossing shares around but overall that form of marketing doesn't hold any value longterm.
