I am not sure, but I believe the property that was sold 2 years ago in Phoenix was large, so that listing may pertain to that sale, and not a new purchase.

That doesn't mean that Virtra is not in the process of finding a new home, I am just not confident that the transaction in swami's link is new.

I look forward to the company issuing some new pr's.
