I think alot of you are looking at this cheaper gas thing in the wrong light....in order to produce bio you need two things to mix as we all know....if fuel is cheaper then vegtable oils will be cheaper as well due to the fact it will not be used as much since bios are not produced as much.....heres the deal though...the durant facility can store the raw materials used to produce bio so with that being said I wouldn't be surprised if they are not purchasing at a low price...(we will not see this low for a while) and producing then waiting till it goes back up and selling. It doesn't matter if you buy fuel high the cost of bio is higher but right now with fuel low and vegtable oils low it reduces the cost to produce therefor increasing profit when it goes back up while still staying under the "normal" fuel going rate at the time thus being extermely competetive!!! Any time fuel spikes ppl get pissed and look for alternatives and if that alternative is US and can help get us off foreign oil then we are all good. It doesn't matter what you do as long as the cost of materials used to produce goods is low then cost of final product will stay reasonable!!
