Hi Conrad, I'll check the address at my site to see what's wrong. Guess I should do that periodically.

PCA has "default" settings that set up their program pretty much "by the book" relative to the 1992 Edition 3. It sets up for 67% invested and 33% cash and the usual 10% SAFE settings for buying and selling. I believe it can be adjusted for SAFE values and minimum trade amounts, but am not sure if it allows one to tinker with the Portfolio Control value.

I've not heard from the PCA guys for a while other than a weekly note they send out with new web sites to investigate and such. I believe they maintain a separate BB for users of their software. I don't know how many people who post there also post here.
