I'm seeing the ARCA bid and ask's jump around a little each day lately. Lends me to believe that either they might be doing that as a last resort to keep the pps in this spread for a while without actually having to play the game theirselves OR that it's just a MM RUSE and the upside to that is there is only a few MM's showing (40K) left besides ARCA and when this does have strong buying pressure again, I wouldnt be surprised to see ARCA change it's ASK price from .0002 to .0003 or higher once the buying went through the other MM caches.
