Another angle on the building...
1. We don't know when this project was posted to the architect's site or when Virtra ordered the plans. It could have been years ago. Assuming recently....
2. There is a commercial section of the “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009" which gives financial advantages to those making changes and expires Dec 1st, 2009.
