And just how do you propose they get off and file? It takes $ and a higher PPS ya know, where is that going to come from? Peter said they would file when 2 majors are on board and those revenues are coming in. They're testing right now with the second. Even if EMI says go they won't make a move till revenues are coming in from both. I can see it now EMI signs and you start whining "why aren't we off, I'm going to sell". Get a grip! Ahab?
