Based on what you wrote below, this is a big blow to Drinks Americas, and no wonder they never came out and told shareholders here the real deal. All this Kid Rock selling the brand to this company and that company is a bunch of BS now, because Drinks wont be getting a piece of that, as you said, it's Kid's and MBC's baby, like I suggested a long time ago yet was told I didn't know what I was talking about, maybe now that you said it people will believe.IMO
