Nobody knows about the results that will come. You have to drill, but with a 78% hitrate, it looks good.

So there is no reason for SEO not to take that chance. Most posters want to take that chance, why wouldn't he...?

What's this stock worth, even with NSAI results? NSAI is indeed always conservative?

It does not make sense for him now to pass this chance at success over to the Chinese.
