If you study the historical trades, you'll see that practically nobody ever "got in" deliberately. The old shell was incredibly dirty, and no doubt still carries some liabilities. Most of the current shareholders are bagholders from that era.

The SEC is suing ZNXT, one of GRYE's sister companies. I think there's a very good chance GRYE will be drawn into that action eventually.
