Here is the odd part about all this: Dicon sold sponges to SPNG and other entities. SPNG claims somethinkg like $7 million revenues/week. Now SPNG bought all these sponges from DICON wouldn't DICON have at least half of SPNG revenue = $3.5 million/week = $182 million? Why is it selling for only $4.5 million? Best case scenario: that would give SPNG a value of $9 million (after the acquisition), yet even if the OS were 722 million, SPNG has a market cap of $80 million 9x of the calculated value or 30 x the future market cap (based on A/S)
