Merger with enVentive Solutions, inc.... looks like future site = www.enventives.com

basically enventives will become the the public company. Very exciting stuff if they really have the 30 mil in revenue & 5 mil ebitda already on hand. we might actually make it to the big boy exchanges after all.

further note looks like they're acquiring another company, "hi-tech" after taking us over.
