I think they do. I used to think companies would release a PR to save a declining price, but after seeing the take downs time and time again I realized MMs take it down before news. The reason I believe this is because some of what I think look like saving PRs would take much more time to compose. MMs are hoping for a few to get trapped here. I'm looking for a release any minute now.
