It is because....

there was nothing there to begin with. If there was, why would they be sitting there for some revoked company to get? I am sure we will soon see large-scale investment in this project. Mining 11,000 miles of the best kimberlite in the world will get expensive at first. ROFLMAO. I can't wait for the solicitation to start. The fish here will jump at the chance to throw Faulk and the other crooks more money. Nobody will wonder why nobody with money wants in on this. They will see diamonds again. Chumps!!!
