Mike just returned my call and just as we expected shares are being sold to cover some debt. I ask how far along they were and he stated the companies had been given shares and he really didn't know what their intentions were.
I ask about the current work status and employment numbers and he stated that actually things have not looked better and that the next 12 months would be big for the company. The number of employees is at about 425 which does show the company is picking up more clients.

All in all I would say he was pretty upbeat for the share price to be trading at this level. He seemed to not be worried about the current level because of whats in store for the company
