In Febuary, a press release said :

"We want to salvage the antique brick as quickly as possible, we need to have the proper surveys to proceed. As soon as the ground thaws, we will be moving forward with all required studies and surveys," said Gary Blackburn, special contracting consultant to RR&R.

Why does it take this long for the ground to thaw out !!!!
