It has been more than a month, but I can't locate the Press Release announcing the closing timeline:


On May 27th we had a Press Release regarding the Merger Closing. The CEO of RTGV along with the Principals of ANHL announced that within a month there will be a Press Release from the UK announcing the Reverse Merger closing timeline while the CEO of RTGV, Linda Perry, is in the UK meeting with European Investors and the Principals of ANHL.
