LFZA is currently listed on the pinksheets, meaning they are not required to report their filings. This method of running a business is very untrustworthy because the investors are owners in the company and how can they have a good grip on the status of their investment if they do not know what the company is doing? Financials are the most important part of any company. I've seen companies with tons of revenue, but no profitability. Why? Because did not run their company's financials well. This was the reason Internet stocks fell. They had the sales coming in, but spent their money poorly on stupid television commercials during the SuperBowl and on banner ads that did not produce results.

Hollen, let me ask you. How can you be confident in this company if you have no idea what their financials are like? Do you know their burn rate? If you know it, can you verify it? Do you know how much cash they have or how much the company officers are being paid? Perhaps they are overpaying themselves from the money they made from marketing the company's stock to unsuspecting investors in Laforza related events.

Another iHub/SI poster was quoted as saying this, "If you cannot answer a question about a security, why do you own it?"

I emailed one of the dealerships that sell Laforza, and the salesman told me that Laforza automobiles were not a "volume seller." He also said they only keep one in stock, which they use in their showroom as a demo for potential buyers. So obviously these things aren't rolling out of the factory like Toyota Camrys.

John, I also want you to look at the interior of a Laforza (find a picture or something) and compare it to the interior of a Mercedes Benz ML, or a Range Rover. Laforza's design is not at all modern and looks very much like it was designed in the early 90's. The exterior of the automobile is similar. It reminds me of the old Pathfinders.

If the company is clearly not up to standard and shows no sign of innovation from a visual aspect, why would you invest in such a company that makes such a horrific looking product? Not only will the customers want something protective, but they will also want something comfortable and good looking. I want to help you realize what you invested in and what you entice others to invest in as well.
