I personally talked with Gary Gray on Thursday July 2nd, 2009. I was doing some research on AMNE and I was told by someone on Google message boards that there was another site AMNE was involved with. The website is www.betterinsulation.com –The website seems to say AMNE all over it. Visit http://www.betterinsulation.com/StartYourOwnBusiness.htm and you will see AMNE and Paradigm Polymers logos listed on the site.

I called the contact number 800.618.8623, which is listed on both http://www.betterinsulation.com/ContactUs.htm and http://www.foaminsulationproducts.com/ and left a message. Gary called me back almost immediately on his cell phone. [phone] by the way was also the contact number listed on www.paradigmpolymers.com

I know you all want to know about the forward 5/1 split. Mr. Gray told me that FINRA is still in the process of review for the approval. He says FINRA has called several times requesting further information which he has provided and Gary Gray fully expects approval soon.

Mr. Gray also said they were planning on a press release on current happenings with the company including the change in websites. I fully expect to see a press release by Monday.

Gary also told me one of the reasons for the new domain www.americangreengroup.com was because they wanted to get rid of the otc and pk in the domain http://www.amneotcpk.com/

This is a very positive sign that AMNE is heading for greener pastures.

I also asked him why there has been no recent press releases regarding the company. His response was that since there was nothing he could report regarding the split, because he himself is still waiting for the final approval from FINRA, there was nothing for him to report. He did say however they were currently in license talks with other counties. He also stated he has been very busy running the business and working toward a brighter future for AMNE and the share holders.

I think with all the work they have been doing quietly in the background while waiting for this split, we are going to see our investments pay off with AMNE very soon.

With the price so low now, I am going to keep loading up. This baby is just about to pop!
