Most of this shift in ownership was the result of receiving compensation in shares in lieu of cash wages. Seems pretty clear they believe their wages will be worth more down the road than they were at the time (delayed gratification).
3. 2008 Revenue $40.1 Million with net loss of $3.8 Million
Ironically here, we were told that most of this revenue came from the sales of Riddex Plus...which we were told (I think it was in an investor conference call) that they had raised the price and were still increasing sales. I think it is obvious that their operating income (assuming there was some) has been used to get their new subsidiary, Medico Express, off the ground.
