The settlement we got was less than we should have, and the reason I say it's less is because the money was supposed to be payed immediately/all at once, not over a period of three or four years and at an interest rate 1/4 of what YAG's charging MOBL. MOBL got stuck again. Every month, we're going deeper and deeper in debt because of this (amongst other things).

Now, for anyone who's followed this saga, what happened to the balance of the money (about $28 million) that was supposed to go to MOBL that would be used to pay off YAG? Did Fogg just say "I'm not paying it until this set-off situation is settled"? I really don't know where the money is, and as far as predicting what our future is, this is really a critical point. So, will MOBL now be able to collect what it's owed? That money could be used to pay off YAG and get us out of the deep trouble we're in. The only thing we know is that Fogg bought the business from USA....allegedly.
