My Opera browser has options to handle redirections.

But "limit reached" in your case sounds like a url is being
sent
to another url that eventually returns and starts the loop agains,
and similiar to a time-out, its a count-out of how many times
you can be redirected.

My Opera has an option I have turned on that will display the paths
taken via URLs from start to finish when I submit a URL to go to.

For example, having images turned off and pop-ups blocks, and I also
have the option set to have a sound made upon going to a URL and then
another different sound made when its completed, when I go to Raging Bull
I don't see any graphics(ads) or pop-ups, but my pc sounds like
a pop gun machine gun firing off like mad, and I can see a dozen URLs
being transfered in the view box I have displayed.

Its possible that if I had your condition that I would observe a large number
of URLs being transfered into, and maybe one could be redirected back
into itself like an endless loop.

If only you have this problem, then a log-off from Raging Bull may clear
something gone wrong. But I'am guesing you already tried that.
