If my memory serves me right, I recall that Melvin has said that ED/UCAD hired RG (or recommended) to look at CMKX situation and also ED invited Sterling for the fishing trip. I don't think UC knew/hired RG initially and he may never thought to hire a lawyer to help him because of high cost.

ED is a smart guy. He did R/S to keep UCAD vol real low. RG may never thought this kind of mass and he cannot force UC to do what he thinks it is right. UC is the client, and client pays RG's salary.

The Wall St. does not like uncertainty, real investors do not like uncertainty, however, CMKX's investors like uncertainty. The O/S, A/S, B/S and Core samples have been going on for almost 2 years. And we still don't know and don't have a right to know.....

Well, what can I say? Melvin has said to me :"if you don't like the company you invest in, then sell it and go away". He maybe right.....LOL
