HANDLER, RICHARD B, CEO of Jefferies Group Inc (NYSE, JEF) Purchased 474,637 shares of JEF on Aug-20-2004, the same day of CMKX’s UCAD dividend record.

Is this a coincident or a conspiracy? JEFF has been shorting CMKX since day one of CMKX on the market. 500 Billion shares of CMKX have been shorted by JEFF according to CMKX RB board. And JEFF is continuously shorting CMKX billions and billions shares without blinking eyes. As many experts on RB/IHUB predict that JEFF could lost $200 M to $1 B when he starts to cover NSS.

WTF. I questioned the CEO of JEFF by email last night. What the hell are you thinking what you are doing? Do you want to bankrupt JEFF and leave JEF shareholders including me shirtless on the street? Why did you buy so many shares of JEF without thinking to cover naked shorts of CMKX? Do you have well-known lawyers and CPAs to consult with? Have your 1,600+ employees ever asked why you short CMKX? What the F you think you are? Naked short CMKX? Do you want to be buried in the ground without a coffin or short?

Come on, Ricky, answer me the questions! I was so mad!

Rich Handler called me back immediately.

“Don’t worry my friend or my shareholder or my employee,” he chuckled,

“all the shares we sell (or you called NSS) come from UC, the CEO of CMKX. Period!” He grinned.

“We have been a market maker for more than 40 years and we know all the tricks. We play by the rules, and we don’t risk our or my money to short high-risk stock like CMKX. JEFF is the best day-trader in the world. We rarely hold any position (long or short) for more than 3 days” Rich continued.

“We, JEFF Co., have made 20% commission on selling those 500 B CMKX shares on the behalf of Mr. C. The profit on those shares are enormous. This is the reason I bought 474,637 shares of JEF. You can sleep better now with your JEF shares. We made killings” Rich smiled.

"But, I have CMKX too, and many say including UC/Melvin/Sterling/Zen you are NNS CMKX.” I shouted back and held F word in my mouth since my little JEF is OK.

“Well, that is your problem my greedy friend. You cannot kill three birds with one stone. OK, UC has many tricks and he has additional 300 billion shares to unload. You cannot image what UC comes out with his sleeve next time. You make your mind. If I were you, well…ok…bye” The line was dead.

WTF. I slammed the phone onto the floor and talked to Melvin on Paltalk, the biggest mouth in the pinkland.........
