1. Show me the proof that 8% UCAD div to CMKX holders.

2. Show me the proof that UC must hold 51% of CMKX to control the company.

UC could hold 0% of CMKX if he wants to. He can issue any number of shares to become a major holder at any time as long as CMKX does not have to file any doc with SEC. No shareholder vote required to print shares. If someone has 1.4 T of shs today, UC can issue 1.45 T shs to himself tomorrow to destroy the takeover.
