Hmmmmmm...

I wonder if they will file within the new time frame. I am sure they will. I am betting that the 8k had a misprint. They probably meant the filing was coming in 2010, not 2009. Then, they will explain the slight delay with court looming, probably for the fraud they already committed. Maybe after the prison sentences they will hit the ground running with a new company.
