Well, it's sort of six of one, half dozen of the other. Neither is a responsible way to deal with a company's shares.

it might be bad business to create a super voting class shares albeit he would retain power, but questionably so as holders would begin to question his interest in keeping the pps high ya know?

Don't know anything about USCI.
