I don't know the exact plan but I don't expect it in the next few months, no.

IMO, their money is much better spent getting inventory and business going than filings. When their business starts showin a significant positive cash flow, then and only then, I would hope for uplisting to occur.

But in the meantime, maybe give info to pinksheets.com and stay compliant with everything else would be nice.
