Awk Interesting take... I too would totally engage the visual aspect easier, (Dell D-630) still haven't activated anything regarding/about my TPM, signed:confused.

Really, I'm more visual in nature, some of us are, some aren't. I have a friend who can stay with all the technical writing and...can perform as told, lol ! ! It is not rocket science: everyone has a predominent learning style... p.s. (smile)thanks for all you do here.
