yet magically RME and SPNG has a relationship... HMMMMM how did that happen??

Think about it print... these guys had the SEC question them... so they had to come up with something different... which they did... and the SEC has no issues with it... or else the countless number of letters and emails and so forth that people send into the SEC... are simply thrown away as the relationship would not be allowed to take place, if the SEC didn't approve of it...
