April I was watching NBRI back in late February early March. I don't see a major breakout setup as of yet, however a range play maybe plausible. Putting a bid for .01 and just keeping it there. The 200MA is creeping down to that upper trendline so it's going to be tough to break through in the short term. Doesn't mean it can't happen with amazing news. Heres the chart.
