Still there... this is what pest patrol sez:

Pests found:
Twain-Tech,HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\internet explorer\activex compatibility\{000020dd-c72e-4113-af77-dd56626c6c42}/compatibility flags,na,na,8/27/2004,B2-EA-26-38-D8-91,USA

Spyware Blaster didn't see it this time, though...

(EDIT MESSAGE)

After another reboot, both Spyware Blaster and Pest Patrol find it. Pest Patrol tells me it got rid of it, but it's still there. Still no registry entries as per the removal instructions. These guys really suck.
