The Energy Bill is a disaster for the country but may be a boon to companies researching green energy. The bottomline is that these technologies are not mature enough to make a difference at the sametime that the Government will tax the energy producers/electric companies. I see energy rationing in the near future. The best approach would be to transition to natural gas as fuel for electricity generation and for fueling cars.Wind power has no way at the moment to store the energy it creates.Solar works out west and the south but isnt going to help much in the midwest and north.The greens dont like nuclear power - unless its cold fusion which is a chimera at the moment.

That said if the House passes this bill Monday we might see serious interest in SYNJ and other companies involved with green energy.
