because a lot doesn't get posted here anymore, but most of that has already been tried. And if you think the '800 lb. gorilla', the DTC is flexible or reasonable then you are a bit naive, no offence meant.
The rest of it is now being addressed by a group of shareholders, which you will see in the next week or two; a grassroots effort if you will. Unlike the referenced stocks from the past, that some try and equate to us; we are far more organized, documented and just plain...well...smarter than them. Most of them just posted comments on a board (I assume) and perhaps sent the occasional, unsupported email/letter along to someone complaining. I'm certain whatever effort was made was fragmented and unorganized and quickly fell apart; ours has just begun.
So, in a perfect world/market, that your post seems to have been conceived in, it's all pretty straight forward, but unfortunately it's not. There's a lot of $ involved here and that always complicates things.
